Ms. Cheung possesses over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, internal and external auditing, and corporate finance & management including listed companies, initial public offering and merger and acquisition projects in Hong Kong. Ms. Cheung started her professional career in the audit department of Thomas Le C. Kuen & Co. (now known as Mazars Hong Kong). She worked as Internal Audit Department Manageress in Midas Printing (HK) Ltd. (a Hong Kong listed company) and C & C Joint Printing Co., (HK) Ltd. which is a subsidiary of Sino United Publishing (Holdings) Ltd. (a state-owned business) over 6 years. Ms. Cheung graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) with a Diploma of Accounting. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) USA.
